This project is based on the micro-physics. The main objective of this project was to transmit the
negatively charged ions at the tropospheric level. So as to enhance the cloud conditions at the
tropospheric level. To emit the ions at the tropospheric level a high voltage generator of 20KV

2. D.C. was used. The ions were emitted with the help of corona discharge principal. The amount of
ions emitted was measured. Experiments are still carried out so as to obtain the positive results,
so that the atmospheric conditions can be enhanced at the draught places to get the adequate
amount of rainfall.

This project is related to the digital electronics. It uses the 8051 micro-controller concepts. This
project displayed digital clock time as well with the help of IC 89C51 and IC 555 it was used to
set the alarm clock so as to overcome the analog alarm clock and avoiding the process of keying
the clock.
