A medical device manufacturing facility (TUV ISO 13485 certified and FDA registered) specializing in
wire components and assemblies used for cardiovascular and neurovascular products for major medical
device companies such as: Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Stryker, Johnson and Johnson and Abbot, Due to
the Lake Region Medical acquisition, the Arvada facility is in the process of a full shut down of operations.
Supply Chain Supervisor / Senior Supply Chain Planner, 2011-Present
As the Supply Chain Supervisor/Senior Supply Chain Planner I am responsible for the overall production
schedule for the plant. I also supervise inventory specialists and receiving personnel.
 Production Schedule: short term and long term capacity planning.
 Inventory: Maintaining finished goods and intermediate inventories. Calculating and maintaining
internal safety stocks to ensure availability of parts for both internal and external customers.
 Oracle: Maintain the site ERP system (Oracle) to ensure correct data is entered so that planning,
purchasing and production get accurate messages to fulfill customer needs.
 Problem Solving: Analyzing work order variances for raw material and machine usages resulting
in improved run rates and accurate inventories.
 Efficiency: Work closely with purchasing to ensure the right level of raw material is purchased
and staged for future requirements for both Kanban and Made to Order items.
 Customer Service: I commit to confirm all sales orders in a timely manner (within 2 days).
 Communication: Coordinate meetings with operations, quality and engineering teams to create
expedited production plans for new and existing items to ensure schedules and customer
requirements are met.
 Leadership: Manage three direct reports; 2 Inventory Specialists and one Receiving Personnel.
