This document discusses SAP's digital learning offerings during the COVID-19 pandemic. It outlines self-paced and instructor-led online training options available through SAP Learning Hub, SAP Live Class, and the new SAP Blended Learning Academy. New part-time courses were also introduced, combining morning and afternoon virtual sessions. SAP's training center in Walldorf, Germany reopened in June with hybrid classroom/online training and social distancing measures.

• 2,000 individual certification attempts focused on

The SAP Blended Learning Academy is a guided modular training program
that combines virtual instructor led live classroom learning units with self-study
learning via the SAP Learning Hub as well as access to the training systems
and ends in the SAP consultant certification.

▪ Defined start and end date: 3-5 months duration, depending on the Learning Journey

Part Time Courses
• 4 hour training offered twice a day (morning and afternoon session), which cover time difference in the
regions and give full flexibility to customer and partner.
• Dedicate learning offer in COVID-19 times, which gives customer the opportunity to handle daily work
and to learn for the future.
• This SAP Live Class offer is in addition our first virtual instructor-led trainings for the dedicated target
group for all who work part time.
• With a focus on SAP S/4 HANA courses and some technology deep dive courses with high booking
numbers in the past, we offer overall 68 courses which end in 396 courses start dates for customer and
partner.
• Time Period: Q3 & Q4

 This training will be delivered in a part time approach. There will be one session in the morning from 9.00
am to 12.30 pm and then the same session will be repeated from 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Therefore every
participant has the full flexibility to attend the training either in the morning or afternoon. Every learner can
also switch between morning and afternoon sessions on a daily basis.”
