This design aims to help families who have lost a loved one feel connected by allowing them to share photos of the sky from their homes. The design uses an app that determines the direction from one home to another's gravesite. Users can take a picture of the sky from home and send it as a wrapped item, like a balloon, toward the gravesite. Sensors at the gravesite would then capture a return photo of the sky to send back, allowing families to check in on each other and share the sky they live under as a way to ease grief. The goal is to make memorializing a loved one a more interactive and therapeutic experience through technology.

This document discusses design thinking and the design process. It argues that the traditional artifact-oriented design process, where the designer focuses only on creating the object, is flawed. Instead, it promotes an experience-oriented process where the designer focuses first on designing scenarios of how people will interact with and experience a product. The key aspects are empathizing with user needs and designing for useful experiences rather than just making things. For true design thinking to occur, the designer must genuinely care about how the product impacts people.

As I practice design, I have found that in some way I have started to develop my own style; being inspired by ancient architecture, mosaics,
sculptures and elements that where used by the Romans and the Greeks. I also feel attach to the old but, I love the new trends and modern
styles too.
I always think that we "can't forget where we are coming from". We are who we are today because of our ancestors. It was then, when
I started connecting the old with the new, with either architecture or ideas, and making it current with materials and finishes.
