campaign of 2007, Sanders Wallis embarked upon a
busy life as Director of New Business Development
for Wallis Printing Company. Recently, Wallis
passed the Georgia Real Estate Commission Exam
and aspires to transition his career into real estate
professional sales. The need for real estate
professionals is expected to increase by 3% from
2014 to 2024, as real estate sales and broker jobs
assist clients to sell, buy and rent properties.
3. Brokers are licensed professionals who manage
their own real estate businesses, while sales
agents work for brokers.Although irregular hours
are the norm, the self-employment of brokers and
agents allows them to set their work schedules to
suit themselves and their clients.
4. Wallis has acquired his real estate sales license for
Georgia, which requires a minimum age of 18 to 19
years, a successfully acquired high school diploma
and the completion of a required number of real
estate course hours to pass the licensure exam.
Sanders Wallis’ aspirations to work as a real estate
sales professional will require him to manage his
career through the vagaries of the economy and the
real estate market.
5. Wallis’ success will also revolve around his locale,
as real estate health and prices reflect the overall
economy of the city or region. Wallis has extensive
experience in sales in information technology
