                         SAMS CURRENT AND EXECUTED PAST PERFORMANCE
US ARMY, Test and Evaluation Command, Army Evaluation Center (ATEC / AEC)
SAMS successfully supported the mission of ATEC by evaluating ACAT I through IV systems in the acquisition lifecycle and systems
undergoing experimental assessments. SAMS provided subject matter expertise with Federal IT acquisition experience to support the
program staff in processing complex enterprise-wide IT requirements.

US ARMY, Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG)
SAMS provides ACC-APG cradle to grave contracts management and acquisition support services which support for RDECOM, ARMY and other
DoD customers. SAMS manages complex procurements in two primary categories: research and development services; professional services,
administrative and management services.

US ARMY, Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM)
SAMS provides Mail Center, Mail Courier and Distribution Center Support to INSCOM. These services are in support of a major Army
command that conducts intelligence, security and information operations for military commanders and national decision makers. INSCOM is
headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

US ARMY, System Performance Office (ARMY SPO)
SAMS supports the ARMY SPO by providing Research Advisory Services for the Human Performance Optimization Program. The purpose for
this project is to create a synergistic clinical and translational model that will be used to impact health positively and optimize the performance
or our military personnel.

US ARMY, Communications Electronic Command Software Engineering Center (CECOM SEC) Intelligence Fusion Systems
Division (IFS)
SAMS provides Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for full lifecycle management of post-production and post-
deployment software in support of SEC’s worldwide Department of Defense (DoD) customers, including: Program Executive Officers (PEOs)
and their Project Managers (PMs) and Project Directors (PDs), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and its components, and other
DoD elements.

Army National Guard Bureau, Information Management Systems, Information System Division (ARNG-IMS)
At ANGB-IMS SAMS provides wide-ranging support to develop and enhance enterprise-wide IT systems through the use of enterprise
architecture management and data management services as part of the overall framework for managing ARNG Information Technology (IT)
resources. We support our ARNG-IMS client by providing strategic services to change their IT management focus from one of independent
program-specific disparate systems to partnering to develop enterprise-wide initiatives and resulting systems. We deliver results to help the
ARNG leverage IT resources and to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in meeting their near-term and long-term missions.

USAF, 811th Operations Group (811th OG)
SAMS provides ongoing mission critical Mission Information Manager Support to 811th OG. This support includes Tier II and Tier III Help
Desk Support and other unique operational support services to ensure that the 811th is mission ready 24/7.

USAF, 11th Contracting Squadron (11th CONS)
SAMS supports 11th CONS with all Base Support contracts by providing cradle-to-grave contract and acquisition support. SAMS employees
also provide Tier II and Tier III Help Desk Support to 11th CONS reference to IT. SAMS provides contracts and acquisition management
training for 11th CONS as well.

USDA, Animal Plant and Health Inspection Service (APHIS)
SAMS was selected by USDA to provide overall Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement Services to the entire operating
division of APHIS. This was a single-award IDIQ contract.

US, Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DOD OIG)
SAMS performed an engineering assessment of the Army’s Transportation Plan for BRAC Recommendation #133 Project for Fort Belvoir-Mark
Center, Virginia, dated May 9, 2011 and any documentation associated with it. SAMS delivered an independent engineering assessment that
involved traffic engineering, transportation management, and project management to deliver credible and effective solutions and analysis of
the Army’s Transportation Plan. The overall analysis was centered on the Transportation Plan’s adherence to the conditions set forth in the
National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS)
SAMS was awarded the WHS contract to install all fiber and telecommunications cabling in the support of the Army’s BRAC 133 Project- the
Mark Center. The SAMS team rapidly installed, tested and terminated all cabling in the B1 wing of the Mark Center within budget and ahead
of contract completion date.
