This document contains the mid-year performance review and evaluation of Ronnie C Cabaya, an Education Program Supervisor in the DepEd Kidapawan division. It outlines his accomplishments against targets set in various areas including curriculum implementation, innovation and contextualization, learning resource development, and technical assistance provision. Overall, he met or exceeded most of his targets by monitoring teachers, facilitating learning materials development, and providing guidance to schools.
