Future rollout and implementation of state wide Student and
Learning Management System within Riverina Institute.

‘Train the Trainer’ model selecting appropriate staff from each campus
forming a collaborative network.
RI nomination on the state wide SALM working group – nominee Bronwyn
Collins.
Provide training to Campus ‘Train the Trainers’.
Develop implementation timeframes and training plans.
Development of training and operational resources.
Promote resources via technology.
SALM project to be a standard agenda item on DMF and Head Teachers
forum.
Form RI SALM Forum with membership to include Campus ‘Train the
Trainers’, to facilitate skill and resource development and network
capabilities.

Customise state wide operational procedures.
Each campus/cluster will be responsible to manage implementation and

16. Conclusion
Campus/Cluster management will be responsible for the
implementation at campus level.
The project team will provide linkages, training, advice and support
for the life of the project.
