Joined National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, in November 2015 as a Project
Coordinator/ Sr. Engineer Projects in Power and Mechanical (P&M) Department.

As a Project Coordinator working in the power and mechanical division of NESPAK, I am responsible for

from inception till successful project completion.

o Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of New Lahore
500/220kV Substation consisting of four (04) 500kV bays and four (04) 220kV bays.
The 500kV and 220kV bays are arranged in breaker and a half scheme. Two 3x250MVA
525/231/23kV auto-transfo connect the 500kV and 220kV switchyards along with allied
equipment which include 500kV circuit breakers and disconnectors, 420kV surge arresters, 220kV
equipment and substation automation, metering and protection system, having a net worth of
63 Million Dollars($). More than 80% Civil construction work have completed and erection
work is under progress. One bank of auto-transfo have been placed on foundations
o Construction Supervision of 500KV DC Quad Bundle Transmission Line From
Neelum-Jhelum Hydropower Plant To 500kV Ghakkhar Substation, under the
supervision of NESPAK, comprising a scope of work construction 275KM, EHV OHTL to
evacuate the 996MW energy from NJPP, having a net worth of 208.6 Million Dollars($). Project
Phase I commenced in June, 2014, and construction work is in progress.

supervision of PHCN(Power Holding Company of Nigeria) on turnkey basis comprising a scope
of OHL Feeder Bays/Bus Section Bays//Bus Coupler Bays/Transformer Bays/Metering Bay/33kV
Switchgear/Power TF/Earthing Reactors/AC & DC supply and distribution/Control, Supervision and
Protection/ Telecom System/Civil and Building Services, having a worth of 9.23 Million Dollars($).
The Project is commissioned and energized. 100% work is completed and payment is
recovered.
o 2x132kV Line Bay Extension OBUDU Substation at OBUDU Cross River State, Nigeria
under the supervision of PHCN(Power Holding Company of Nigeria) on turnkey basis comprising
a scope of OHL Feeder Bays/Bus Section Bays//Bus Coupler Bays/Transformer Bays/Metering
Bay/Control, Supervision and Protection/ Telecom System/Civil and Building Services, having a
worth of 4.2 Million Dollars($). The Project is commissioned and energized . 100% work is
completed and payment is recovered
o Construction of 20MW Power Plant and Associated Electrical Distribution Network
at Golf Estate at Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria under the supervision of
RIVTAF(Gambian Consultant) on turnkey basis comprising scope of 10x2MVA, .415kV,
6x600kVA, .415kV T/F’s, T/F Synchronization Panels, 7x4MVA .415/11kV TF’s & Switchgear,
laying of 11kV Power Cable(112kM) and installation of 10x1MVA, 11kV/.415 kV Pad Mounted
T/F’s & 16x800kVA, 11kV/.415kV Pad Mounted T/F’s, having a worth of 29.8 Million
Dollars($).The Project is commissioned and energized. 100% work is completed and
payment is recovered.
o Construction of 132kV DC Transmission Line From UGHLEE Power Plant to
AFFIESREE DELTA STATE, at DELTA State, Nigeria under the supervision of
NDDC(Niger Delta Development Commission) on turnkey basis comprising a scope of 22kM
EHV OHTL , having a worth of 7.82 Million Dollars($). The Project is commissioned and
energized. 100% work is completed and payment is recovered.
o Upgrade of Electrical Power Distribution Network in NAOC(Nigerian Agip Oil
Company) ENI at Port Harcourt Office Complex, Rivers State Nigeria under the supervision of
ENI(Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi (Italy) one of the biggest stakeholder in Oil Sector) on turnkey
basis comprising scope of 2x3MVA, 33/.415 kV T/F’s & 2x3MVA, .415/11 kV T/F’s, 33Kv
Switchyard, laying of 11kV Power Cable(13kM) and installation of 6No. of PPS(Power Package
Substations), having a worth of 6.8 Million Dollars($).The Project is commissioned and
energized. 100% work is completed and payment is recovered.

o 3x45/35MVA, 132/11KV & 1x30/25MVA, 132/33kV Injection Substation at Greater
Port Harcourt(GPH) at Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria under the supervision of Greater
Port Harcourt City Development Authority (GPHCDA) on turnkey basis comprising a scope of
OHL Feeder Bays/Bus Section Bays//Bus Coupler Bays/Transformer Bays/Metering
Bay/132&33&11kV Switchgear/Power TF/Earthing Reactors/AC & DC supply and
distribution/Control, Supervision and Protection/ Telecom System/Civil and Building Services, having
a worth of 21.05 Million Dollars($). The Contract has already been awarded in end of
November 2015, site handing over is still awaited and now the Project was under planning
Stage.
o Construction of 330KV DC Transmission Line From Qua Iboe Power Plant To
Akwa Ibom State, Exxon Mobil(Oil Company Funded Project).at IBOM State, Nigeria
under the supervision of EXXON MOBIL(One of the leading group in Oil Sector) on turnkey
basis comprising a scope of 54KM DC EHV OHTL to evacuate the 1000MW energy from QIPP
power plant, having a worth of 48 Million Dollars($). The Project ROW communities issues
was holding the Project commencement, site handing over is still awaited and the Project
was under planning Stage.

Joined Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) (http://pel.com.pk/) in July 2008 as a Trainee Engineer and
promoted to Project Engineer after 3 months in a permanent cadre.
PEL EPC Division consists of human resource with high academic qualifications and experience of

Responsibilities:
Working as project engineer, Managing activities related to design & engineering,
execution, resourcing, procurement, preparation and implementation of time schedule,
providing interface between internal departments (design, commercial etc.) with
consultant, client and suppliers for technical as well as commercial queries, preparing
progress reports, cash flow charts, billing forecast plans for internal as well as for client
and consultant.
o Extension of 220kV Switchyard at 500/220/132 kV Dadu Grid Station under EHV-II NTDC
on turnkey basis comprising a scope of two line bays, double bus bar, related CPs and RPs etc
having a worth of Rs 150 Million PKR. The Project has been completed, 100% of the work is
executed and recovered.
Responsibilities:
Project Engineer for the project. Responsible for project planning and execution,
submission and follow up for approval of design documents, technical vetting of data’s
and drawings with design department, regular meetings with client and consultant,
procurement of material, invoicing and cash flow analysis etc.
o 132kV AIS Substation FIEDMC(Faisalabad Industerial Estate & Development
Company) at Faisalabad Station on turnkey basis comprising a scope of two line bays, double
bus bar etc having a worth of Rs 283 Million PKR. The Project has been completed 100% of
the work is executed and recovered.

to LESCO and 100% recovery has been made.
Responsibilities:
Testing of the entire network including cables, PMTs and RMUs before final
handing over to LESCO. Verification of test results to client and consultant and
finalization of test protocols.
Responsible for close out of the project.
o Electrification works of four small towns near Islamgarh, Chaksawari, Dudial and
Siakh at Mangla Dam Raising Project MDR-38 on turnkey basis under WAPDA
comprising a scope of Pole mounted transformers, overhead conductor, street lights with poles and
related hardware etc. having a worth of 268 Million PKR. . The project has been energized and
handed over to Client and 100% recovery has been made.
Responsibilities:
Worked as a site Engineer for 2 months on Siakh and Chaksawari site. During this period I
was responsible for monitoring and control of works done by the subcontractor. Main
activities during this tenure were erection of lattice steel structures, stringing of
conductors, and installation of transformer on poles. Preparation of site progress report for
submission to client. Did Testing/FAT of Distribution Pad Mounted Transformers, 3-way
& 4-way MV Switchgear, Street Light Control Panels, LT DBs in PEL, Pakistan. Did
Testing/FAT of MV & LV power and control Cables in NEWAGE CABLES PAKISTAN.
Under Ground Electrification System of DHA Phase-VI Lahore, Cantt. Underground
electrification comprising HT 3-way and 4-way switches, PMTs, DBs, HT/LT cables, EFIs
etc. having a worth of 391 Million PKR. The project has been commissioned and 100%
recovered.
Responsibilities:
Managed all project activities related to design, resource management, procurement
management, cost controlling and maintaining cash flow, preparation and
implementation of resource loaded time schedule, correspondence and meetings with
