Search and Rescue International (SAR) is a Texas-based nonprofit that provides medical assistance to remote communities in Guatemala and Texas through periodic air and ground visits. SAR works to coordinate partnerships to improve quality of life in these areas. It is led by a team that includes a Captain Aviator, International Operations Director, US Public Relations director, and East Guatemala Director.
