The document describes the British Library's annual Off the Map videogame competition from 2013-2015. The 2013 competition challenged entrants to create games based on Stonehenge, the Pyramids of Giza, or 17th century London. The winning entry interpreted 17th century London. In 2014, the Gothic theme was based on Fonthill Abbey, Edgar Allan Poe's work, and Bram Stoker's Dracula. The winning game was set in Fonthill Abbey. The 2015 competition coincided with the 150th anniversary of Alice in Wonderland and entrants created games set in Wonderland.
