– Everybody has a relationship to data.

The quicker we get past this discussion, the quicker we will be able to
provide stewardship coverage of the entire organization.

– The data/metadata will not define itself.
– The data/metadata will not produce itself.
– The data/metadata will not use itself.
Therefore, people must be held formally accountable if we are going to
improve definition, production, and usage of data/metadata.
The other option is to use data/metadata enhancer pixie-dust!
