This document discusses a literacy project in Rwanda that aims to establish libraries and provide books and dictionaries to schools. The project has already completed 2 libraries and 8 schools, but aims to establish 19 more libraries and provide resources to 146 additional schools. It provides details on the needs and resources provided at different education levels. It calls for support to ship a container that would help complete 10 more libraries and impact 25 additional schools.
