Cubit Engineering extended a runway by 3000 feet and installed aluminum arch culverts to bridge a flood control channel for General Atomics Aeronautical Systems' Gray Butte Flight Test Facility. The project involved improvement plans, culvert construction, compaction testing, and staking that crossed two county jurisdictions and included a protective berm.
