They are supposed to inspire trust within their organization or affiliated institution that they operate in. They tend to create a vision for the direction that they go. To achieve said goals there must be an effective strategy that is used so as to achieve desired results and maintaining discipline is one of them. Lastly, the leader should be able to coach the group into unleashed their unlocked potential for the benefit of the team (Clark, 2001). Walt Disney history The kind of ability would greatly improve any organization stronghold against the competition. One such example of such a leader is the man Walt Disney. In his early days into his career, he used to work as a filmmaker in Kansas. Later on, he migrated to greener pasture which was Hollywood. His work would give him much recognition until his demise in December 1th of 19966 when sadly he passed away. Disney was able to understand the need of his audience e and competed with graduates in the business area though he did not possess a college education. In one of his performance, he would stand on a podium and wave a baton that would make it seem as if he was performing magic to entertain his visitors ("Special Issue Leadership Journal: Indigenous Leadership", 2014). From there he would commence displaying acts of making elephants fly or turning broomsticks into a boy just to entertain his guests. He was also quick at making a judgment, authors say that Disney was able to spot those who would choose to make him and his pursuits fail or those who could help him grow and market his brand to the general public. One such example is the shift to televised media where he was able to showcase the items that he had invented (Clark, 2001). Thus he was able to partner with the right people in the industry and climb up higher in the social economic ladder. Here he was able to create the idea of having a ski park
established for them. This kind of attitude would land him the
nickname old maestro. Disney was seen as being a charismatic
person, having established his company in the post-war era
where the existed a myriad of challenges such as the great
depression that affected major economies.
His major weapon was the use of television where he was able
to make an amusement park that associated with the various
think a huge number of people and thus better profits. He
would go on to later create what was known as Oswald the
lucky rabbit with assistance from a group of artists. But this
was short lived as he was ousted from this company ("Special

in Los Angeles, he was able to create the Mickey Mouse. Due to
the past experience in his new venture, he sought to understand
what the employees were going through. This, in turn, he was
able to inspire a higher quality of animations and media that
they produced.
The technique known as intellectual stimulation where he would
demand quality from his artists and animator made the animator
and artists work harder which in turn meant better content for
the intended consumer at the time. Later this kind of
commitment would backfire and almost half of his staff would
quit after a long strike that would last three months due to the
caviar treatment and financial strains that the company would
have.
Conclusion
His next project would become Disney land which was opened
in 1955, but in his vision, the place was never complete and
thus would always have the chance to expand and grow. His
strategy would involve the ability that his empire could be in
operation much later after his death (Clark, 2001). What most

commitments towards his company and the creations that he was
in charge of.After the death of his mother who died of carbon
poisoning, he found it impossible not speaks about the personal
experience he had with her until her demise. He also has a
daughter who leads the too many after his death and retirement.
His business structure to be the best still rings throughout his
tenure in his company; he was focused on the best delivery of
content to the final viewer. He would see to it that the clients
were satisfied and this made them come to his amusement parks
more and more.
