One topic discussed in the United States is the reopening of
schools. I am interested in this topic because the pandemic has
profoundly destabilized me as a student and a member of the
most vulnerable group because of my education. With the
current event of San Diego, California, of over 100 students
being reported to have contracted the Coronavirus after a two-
day return to the campuses, fear has escalated as things are not
as planned. The students were ordered to quarantine to manage
the virus's spread (Sheikh et al. 2020). The San Diego County
school served as an example, indicating and raising questions
about whether schools in the United States of America are ready
to be reopened. The new normal impacted students and teachers
to embrace online learning plus a distance-learning model where
everyone was mandated to wear a mask and maintain a social
distance (Holcombe, Madeline).
Debates have been held to understand if the classrooms'
reopening would be safe for students, teachers, and the
community. After a long period of learning online, officials
have seen it best to reopen our classrooms' doors (Lordan,
FitzGerald, & Grosser, 2020). Escondido reopened 23 campuses
with an adaption to the hybrid model learning program. This
program enabled students to attend school in person scheduled
at different times of the day and get divided into cohorts.
Despite the keen measures underlined to perform in the
reopening of school, out of the 8700 students who reported, 15
staff members and 81 students were tested positive for the virus.
Though it is hard to manage students out of campuses, schools
are trying hard to keep their students safe. Parents are entitled
to adhere to rules such as keeping sick children at home,
advising students to get a temperature check and a verbal
questionnaire on their symptoms and their exposure before
entering their respective classrooms (Li, Harries, & Ross,
2020). Some of the reported measures underlined in the distr ict
school included desks are arranged with a standard distance;
classrooms are equipped with a portable air-filtration system
and 12 students per classroom for middle-school level and
elementary school (Badr et al. 2021).
With the study, I have outlined some of the arguable claim
statements.
· The new program of reopening schools will create jobs.
· There will be an improvement in infrastructure by repairing
the classroom.
· Jobless youths will need to be added to assisting in
administering the vaccine.
· The covid-19 measures will be keenly followed through by
students and checked by staff as the vaccination is
administered.
· Care programs will be initiated to increase students' safety
(Gilliam et al., 2021).
Introductions
1. Covid-19 measures will be keenly followed through by
students and checked by staff as it is the right move for the
safety of students reopening the school. The new normal has
subjected us to follow strict measures to maintain a healthy
living standard in our schools and home. The fear of the spread
of the Corona Virus is still at bay; without consistent and strong
strict following of the rules, there still could be a rise in the
loss of precious lives (Loomba et al., 2021). Though we had
underlying medical conditions, measures could be taken to
avoid another loss of life. To win this war or slow down the
virus's spread, People are obligated to take tests, maintain
social distance, wear a mask and sanitize to save each other.
On the other hand, students should be allowed to be at the front
line of vaccine administration. Since the Coronavirus is a fast
infectious disease, its spread could be limited to every person's
equal dosage without any discrimination. Hence states need to
join hands and help each community for communal health and
growth. With an exceeding demand against supply, different
countries should deliver the vaccine to the precedence
population such as health workers, long-term facilities
employees, students, and the staff.
2. The reopening of schools has caused strict measures to be
followed. Keen measures are laid down to be followed by the
students and helped to be mandated by the staff. These measures
will aid the new normal and assist both students and staff's
learning and working. Though some students will be scheduled
to learn other times of the day, I felt it to be unwise as many
students will miss out. Students have fresh minds ready to be
occupied, and many people are jobless with the zeal for work; if
both parties miss school or work, they may be led to find
necessary measures to survive.
Hence the government should put students and staff in the front
line of administering the vaccine (Li, Harries, & Ross, 2020). I
feel it will be wise if the staff would be increased to create
employment to make effective control on the Covid-19
measures. They will help in administering the vaccine, one
dosage per student assisting the medical fraternity in keeping
the country healthy. Above all, the staff needs to obligate some
measure; they include; checking students' temperature, checking
if each student has appropriately worn a mask, sanitizing
students and their respective environment, and always advising
students on safe distance maintenance. On the other hand, both
the staff and students are obligated to adhere to the
aforementioned rules to work and learn in a safe environment.
Its high time all students and staff are incorporated in the new
vaccination program that will allow the reopening of schools as
the future of our lives is in the palm of our hands.

Student Name Institutional Affiliation Date One topic discussed in the United States is the reopening of schools. I am interested in this topic because the pandemic has profoundly destabilized me as a student and a member of the most vulnerable group because of my education. With the current event of San Diego, California, of over 100 students being reported to have contracted the Coronavirus after a two- day return to the campuses, fear has escalated as things are not as planned. The students were ordered to quarantine to manage the virus's spread (Sheikh et al. 2020). The San Diego County school served as an example, indicating and raising questions about whether schools in the United States of America are ready to be reopened. The new normal impacted students and teachers to embrace online learning plus a distance-learning model where everyone was mandated to wear a mask and maintain a social distance (Holcombe, Madeline).
  • 2. Debates have been held to understand if the classrooms' reopening would be safe for students, teachers, and the community. After a long period of learning online, officials have seen it best to reopen our classrooms' doors (Lordan, FitzGerald, & Grosser, 2020). Escondido reopened 23 campuses with an adaption to the hybrid model learning program. This program enabled students to attend school in person scheduled at different times of the day and get divided into cohorts. Despite the keen measures underlined to perform in the reopening of school, out of the 8700 students who reported, 15 staff members and 81 students were tested positive for the virus. Though it is hard to manage students out of campuses, schools are trying hard to keep their students safe. Parents are entitled to adhere to rules such as keeping sick children at home, advising students to get a temperature check and a verbal questionnaire on their symptoms and their exposure before entering their respective classrooms (Li, Harries, & Ross, 2020). Some of the reported measures underlined in the distr ict school included desks are arranged with a standard distance; classrooms are equipped with a portable air-filtration system and 12 students per classroom for middle-school level and elementary school (Badr et al. 2021). With the study, I have outlined some of the arguable claim statements. · The new program of reopening schools will create jobs. · There will be an improvement in infrastructure by repairing the classroom. · Jobless youths will need to be added to assisting in administering the vaccine. · The covid-19 measures will be keenly followed through by students and checked by staff as the vaccination is administered. · Care programs will be initiated to increase students' safety (Gilliam et al., 2021).   • 3. 1. Covid-19 measures will be keenly followed through by students and checked by staff as it is the right move for the safety of students reopening the school. The new normal has subjected us to follow strict measures to maintain a healthy living standard in our schools and home. The fear of the spread of the Corona Virus is still at bay; without consistent and strong strict following of the rules, there still could be a rise in the loss of precious lives (Loomba et al., 2021). Though we had underlying medical conditions, measures could be taken to avoid another loss of life. To win this war or slow down the virus's spread, People are obligated to take tests, maintain social distance, wear a mask and sanitize to save each other. On the other hand, students should be allowed to be at the front line of vaccine administration. Since the Coronavirus is a fast infectious disease, its spread could be limited to every person's equal dosage without any discrimination. Hence states need to join hands and help each community for communal health and growth. With an exceeding demand against supply, different countries should deliver the vaccine to the precedence population such as health workers, long-term facilities employees, students, and the staff. 2. The reopening of schools has caused strict measures to be followed. Keen measures are laid down to be followed by the students and helped to be mandated by the staff. These measures will aid the new normal and assist both students and staff's learning and working. Though some students will be scheduled to learn other times of the day, I felt it to be unwise as many students will miss out. Students have fresh minds ready to be occupied, and many people are jobless with the zeal for work; if both parties miss school or work, they may be led to find necessary measures to survive. Hence the government should put students and staff in the front line of administering the vaccine (Li, Harries, & Ross, 2020). I feel it will be wise if the staff would be increased to create employment to make effective control on the Covid-19
  • 4. measures. They will help in administering the vaccine, one dosage per student assisting the medical fraternity in keeping the country healthy. Above all, the staff needs to obligate some measure; they include; checking students' temperature, checking if each student has appropriately worn a mask, sanitizing students and their respective environment, and always advising students on safe distance maintenance. On the other hand, both the staff and students are obligated to adhere to the aforementioned rules to work and learn in a safe environment. Its high time all students and staff are incorporated in the new vaccination program that will allow the reopening of schools as the future of our lives is in the palm of our hands.
