This document provides guidelines for alternative classroom observations for RPMS for SY 2021-2022 due to limited in-person learning during the pandemic. It outlines 4 options for observations: 1) observation of real-time online synchronous lessons, 2) observation of prerecorded video or audio lessons, 3) observation of demonstration teaching through a Learning Action Cell, and 4) observation of limited in-person classes in low-risk areas. Schools should select the observation method based on their adopted learning delivery modality. All options must follow guidelines for content, recording, and timeframe.
