The diary entries document Rosie's experiences as part of a military operation in occupied France. On their first jump, Rosie and her team struggled to find their teammate Edith, who had been captured by German officers. They later learn Edith will be executed, so plan an ambush to intercept the transport truck. They rescue Edith, but she is badly injured. They take her through the sewers to get medical help, despite the risk of infection. At the safe house, during a German search, Eugene is fatally shot while defending the others. With Edith injured and Eugene dead, Rosie must get them to safety alone.
