The vineyard is located on hills overlooking the English Channel in the village of Woodchurch, Kent, known as the garden of England. The ideal geography and climate of the land produces high quality grapes for crafting fine English sparkling wines. The 2013 rosé is made from a mixture of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown in clay loam soil on south-facing slopes. It has a pale pink color with aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and red apples on the palate, truly a stunning wine.
