4. We made some chalk

5. Recipe For Chalk
• We made chalk from
Plaster of Paris. We had
to measure the plaster,
add coloured dye and
water, and them mix it all
together. We put the
mixture in a plastic bag
and hung it up to dry.
After 24 hours we took it
out of the bag and left it
to dry for a further 36
hours.

10. We did some sewing

11. Every Wednesday we did a
different sport.
• Touch rugby was fun and everybody enjoyed
running around trying to score a try.

• Hockey was fun. We
enjoyed learning how
to dribble and hit the
ball, but we were
careful not to hit
anyone with the stick!

15. Ripper Rugby

16. Netball
• It is hard to play
netball in big groups
but we had fun
playing relay games
and practising
throwing and
catching.

17. Kelly Sports 22/9/09
• The Kelly Sports
people came and we
had great fun playing
lots of exciting
games.

19. Team B Sports Day
• On September 23 Team B had an
interclass sports day. Each class played
soccer and ripper rugby against all the
other classes. Girls played girls and boys
played boys. The winners were Room 12
and Room 14 who will share the trophy.
We look forward to the Summer Sport
challenge!!
