1. Brainstorm 2 or 3 examples from the team’s actual experiencewhen you were:

2. Create a role playto showcase both good (2) and bad (2) practice examples of
exercising your role as coachwithin context of your current work.
3. Be prepared to perform your role play in plenary. Your performance will be
judged against three criteria:
The judges ability to identifyall the examples of good and bad practice showcased
in your role play;
Your team’s effectiveness at demonstrating good and bad practices of key
capacities of coach.
The Oscar worthy quality of your teams performance in this role of coach.
