• Aids are enhancement to a presentation that can
engage the audience, provide additional information
and reinforce key points key points.
• Aids can help you to reach your objectives by
providing emphasis to whatever is being said . Aids
multipy the audiences’ level of understanding of the
material presented, and they should be used to
reinforce your message, clarity points and create
excitement.

spoken words or will help your audience remember
your message.
• Be sure that any aid you are using should add to what
you are saying. Slides should be brief easy to
understand and complement your message. Objects
and slides should not be revealed before you begin
talking about them lest your audience become
distracted from your point. Remember that people
cannot read your slides or hangouts at the same time
as they are listening to you.
