This document introduces the ROLE (Results Only Learning Environment) classroom model for 21st century education. The ROLE classroom shifts away from a teacher-centered model towards a learner-centered environment where students work at their own pace and are evaluated based on demonstrated mastery of skills rather than grades or scores. In a ROLE classroom, teachers take on the role of facilitator while students become active learners who can choose how to show what they've learned. The goal is for students to gain autonomy over their education in a collaborative setting using technology and project-based learning.
