Rob Ford court documents from December 2013 reveal that Toronto police conducted a surveillance operation on Mayor Rob Ford and others from May to October 2013. During their investigation, police observed interactions between Ford and suspected drug dealers and that Ford was in possession of a cell phone that had been used to arrange for the delivery of drugs. The documents provide evidence that police had reasonable grounds to believe Ford was involved in illicit drug use and transactions.
