Required RMA for Out of Box Failures or IR’s (continued) FS will ship all IR’s or out of box failures back to Waukegan within 24 hours ground to arrive within the week (use FedEx label) Ship to your field office in care of your manager: Note: For IR’s - parts should be packaged and on their way to Waukegan within 24 hrs of incident Note: For Out of box failures - parts should be packaged and on their way to Waukegan within 24 hrs of completion of service
4. Move Order Required for Svc Parts FS will debrief the part out of the van The part will be debriefed back into the WUG inventory as -C FS contact regional CSR for a move order to return part(s) with following information: Part number of item of core part(s) Van number After you receive the move order # from your local CSR you MUST add the move order # to the following: Return part tag Outside of return box FSR FS will ship parts back to your current regional location via your standard process or via FedEx label
5. Required RMA for Incremental, Installation and Conversion Orders CSR creates order for customer CSR creates an RMA via to ship to customer Customer receives RMA # from your local COG or CSR: Customer MUST add the RMA to the following RMA # outside of return box Return copy of RMA returned box FS will ship parts back to Waukegan or your current regional location via your standard process or via FedEx label Ship to the following address: Part Sales 802 S.
