In order to develop cardiovascular endurance, you must 	perform aerobic activity.	Aerobic activities include walking, jogging, biking, jumping 	rope, aerobics and swimming.
Do You Have A Healthy Heart?	A way to find out if you have a healthy heart is to do something fast paced, such as running up the stairs a few times.
	Sit down and see how long it takes your heart rate to decrease.	if it slows down quickly, then you have a healthy heart.
