This document is a calendar for 2011 that promotes exploring and appreciating forests through the eyes of children. Each month contains illustrations and tips for observing nature in forests, such as respecting plants and flowers, listening to birds singing, following animal tracks, and blending into nature without disturbing wildlife. The calendar encourages experiencing forests and valuing their importance, which was the theme of 2011 as the International Year of Forests.
