Provided intensive, on-site, one-on-one training to corporate clients on graphics software and pre-press procedures. Training
required exceptional understanding of the software and its practical uses for our clients, including ATT and Johnson
Johnson. Provided technical support via phone, performed hardware installations, and designed software configurations.

Duties included hardware and software installations, user and customer support/connectivity, and hardware/software
auditing. Led conversion from traditional typesetting equipment to Desktop Publishing involving one-on-one training from
our consultant, custom software development and evaluation of commercial software, custom font creation, cross-training of
typesetters and production of manuals for this training. Promoted to PC Systems Engineer from position as Senior Typesetter.
