Jason is the Managing Director of RGF Executive Search in South East Asia region including
Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand where the business
specialises in regional executive search and selection. Before relocating to Singapore, Jason
spent more than 15 years in Tokyo where he was the co-managing director and client partner of
CDS, one of Japan’s leading search firms offering a hybrid mix of retained and contingency
search solutions to global clients. CDS was acquired by Recruit Co., Ltd in January 2008 and
RGF is the global brand of Recruit.
Prior to co-founding CDS in 1998, Jason worked as an executive search consultant in a
Japanese executive search and market entry firm with a focus in Consumer Markets and
Technology. Jason completed a number of executive level searches, including president,
country manager, vice president and senior level functional director roles in sales & marketing,
finance & accounting, and human resources for Fortune 500 clients, and for small to medium
sized corporations.
Jason who is originally from California, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth
School of Business and has a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in international
business and marketing.
Jason is an avid futsal (five-a-side soccer) player and captained his team to the Recruiter's Cup
championship in Tokyo in 2008 and to the finals in 2007 and 2009. He also enjoys running,
biking and windsurfing.

Nga heads RGF Executive Search Vietnam with 2 offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Beside
her general management role she also enjoys doing searches focusing on senior executive
appointments across a number of functions and industries, including Consumer, Financial
Services, Health care, Education and Manufacturing.
Nga has more than 19 years of international experience in human resources, education &
training, and general management. Prior to joining RGF and setting up RGF Executive Search
Vietnam in April 2012, Nga was a Principal with Odgers Berndtson, a UK based global executive
search firm, where she managed the Vietnam operation.
Nga’s career prior to executive search was spent working for a number of educational
institutions in Vietnam and the Netherlands. A passionate advocate of continuous learning, Nga
holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment from the International Institute
of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Huong joined Bó Lè Associates in 2006 when the Ho Chi Minh office was launched. She
assisted in setting up and driving growth of the office. Huong specializes in handling senior level
assignments and she has worked with clients in different industries including logistics, FMCG,
banking and finance, industrial, manufacturing and pharmaceutical.
Prior to joining Bó Lè and RGF, Huong gained extensive experience in sales and marketing, first
working for TNT, a Dutch based company, where she rose through the ranks to finally become
the Country Sales, Marketing and Commercial Director. Afterwards, she worked as a consultant
for a freight forwarder company.
Huong is a dynamic and innovative professional with strong leadership skills. Huong received
her B.A. in English from the Hue Teacher Pedagogy and a degree later on in sales
management. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

He also has strong mentality, strong mind of details and overall, logical and analytical thinking.
With more than 10 years of experience in field sales, customer service and headhunting,
together with insights and huge network with talent in the market, completed by a great client
service mind, An is clearly able to release stresses from HR recruitment team.
An holds a Bachelor Degree from HCMC Economics University and completed his second
bachelor, majored in Psychotherapy, from Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Science in

Phuong leads the Hanoi office and covers the North of Vietnam. Phuong brings over 10 years in
HR and professional consulting services dealing with executive level hires from in house and
agency.
She joins RGF from Microsoft where she spent nearly 3 years leading staffing & talent
acquisition for MS in Vietnam and for emerging markets. At Microsoft she was successful in all
of the key searches from Manager to Director level, from Sales & Marketing to Technical
specialist.
Prior to Microsoft, she was with HR2B, one of the main executive search and selection firms in
Vietnam for 4 years as Manager and Account Manager mainly in the IT, Banking , FMCG
vertical.
With years experiencing nationwide in both HCM and Hanoi market, her know-how across the
regions and industries would be supportive in finding “best matching” candidates for client’s
business. Phuong‘s track record of successful placements were Country Manager, General

Nhon has 5 years of experience in headhunting. He has a special interest in this industry and

Prior to RGF, Nhon worked over 2 years for HR Vietnam, a headhunting agency where he
started to search candidates for FMCG, Hospitality sectors and then to focus on ICT only. He
had built successfully client pool for ICT sector at HR Vietnam.
Beyond professional work, Nhon has passion for charity and community services that leads him
to found and manage 5gio sang, a non-profit organization to help disadvantaged children for
personal development through playing football.
