Working in Telsol,Elsweedy group,Energya ( Telecomunication and Power Solution ) and
responsible for the following items:-
 Responsible for operation and maintenance for Fiber Optic Cables.
 Dealing with all kinds of Fiber Optic Cables concerning with their nature, properties,
applications, components, measurements and trouble shooting.
 Responsible for optical fiber cable splice and OTDR testing
 Handling and supervising through execution & managing implementation team.
 Manage the subcontractor teams that are doing the cables works.
 Ensure that the subcontractor teams achieve the customer specifications via performing pre-
testing on the work done by the teams.
 Creating the testing procedures and standards suitable for every project.
 Propose solutions for any newly faced problem during the work.
 Keep track of the status of every joint and termination in the project Performing the link
acceptance with the costumer and performing all the related tests
 Keep track of the cables accessories (ODFs, Joints, Pigtails, Couplers,….etc.) stock in the
warehouse

1- STEG Project ADSS 500 km OFC 24C (Y 20 B5000):-
Responsibilities :
 Responsible for cable (ADSS) testing , splicing, and
commissioning.
 Test Drums (using OTDR & fujikura 60s splicing machin
tools )
 Commissioning ( acceptance test after installation using OTDR “Optical
Fiber Time Domain Reflector “ ,etc…… )
 Set weekly meetings with site engineers.

 Responsible for design of FTTH project in telecome egypt

include (drawing-systematic- joint distribution) brand of corning .
 Responsible about optical fiber cable splicing, termination &
testing, this including both type of splicing technique (fusion &
mechanical).
 Commissioning ( acceptance test after installation using OTDR
“Optical Fiber Time Domain Reflector “ ,etc…… )
