1- Studying the bidding projects to come up with the BOQ and make cost estimation value and
engineering the projects.
2- Supervision on executing of installation works on site to ensure that executing of Works is with the
contract documents. In addition to supervision on testing and commissioning works
3- Shop drawing and material submittals reviewing and site inspections to ensure that
the works are proceeding in accordance with the contract documents and as per codes
and standards.
4- Ensure the correct implementation of the project time plan, quality procedures and
productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work on site.
5- Review the shop drawings, as built drawings and material submittals which submit from
the Contractors for approval.
6- Review technical and financial evaluation of submitted offers from the bidders.
7- Review monthly invoices for the contractors.
