 Next promotion was to Administrative Assistant for the newly established McColl School of
Business, assisting faculty and the Dean to establish new office procedures and class
schedules. Our office also established the McColl School Board of Visitors where luncheons
and other functions were held for esteemed business leaders.
 Promoted to Associate Director of MBA Admissions where our office consistently exceeded all
recruitment, enrollment and retention goals by 10% or more. Additionally was point contact for
the Blumenthal Fellows and coordinated annual retreat and agenda for the Blumenthal
Foundation.
 Worked with a web designer to establish the original McColl School of Business website and
maintained website with photos, course schedules, etc.
 Created and maintained spreadsheets of enrollment data and demographics to aid with our
marketing targets.
