get back up is…….
 My children are my
motivation, I don’t want
to see them struggle as
much as I did. So in
order for that not to
happen I need to get up
and do something with
myself. To better our
future because no one is
going to do it for me.

 My faith inspires me to
get backup. The bible
says I can do all things
through Christ who
straightens me
 My Kids
 Having my family
watch me walk across
the stage at graduation
 My wife, kids, friends, and
mainly the lessons I have
learned through out my
life. I have been in hostile
environments in my life
(Iraq/ Afghanistan).
Where I have learned what
truly is important. My
warrior ETHO’s are rules I
live by. I WILL NEVER
QUIT! I WILL NOT
ACCEPT DEFEAT!

GRIT means to finish
what you started
 My son and my family
 My Education
 Love
 My grandkids keep me
motivated to do better
 I have made mistakes
but I have to remember
that every choice has a
consequence

 If it’s God’s will it will be
done if he wakes me up I
will rejoice and be glad

 Determination to succeed. The thought of a career in
the field of computers has always been a dream for me.
When my daughter is older she will not have to worry
about her financial situation. She will only need to
worry about her education and getting the most from
her life.
 I want to show my daughter that even a single mom
can still go to work, go to school and manage a
household and be who they want to be
