2. It has been a pleasure working with Jason and Jackson Therapy partners for the past two and a half
years. Jason is very personable and you can tell he cares about his travelers. He is always quick to
respond and checks in often, making sure everything is going good. I thoroughly enjoy working for a

As a first time traveler, Jason has made the transition a lot easier than what I anticipated. He's helpful,

Jason is the bomb. He and I started working together about 5 years ago. I work sporadically as a traveler
and will work in permanent jobs in between. Jason doesn't get flummoxed when I call and say " can you
find me a job in ... " or when I drop off for a year. He just stays in touch, finds me good jobs, tries to satisfy
my requests and overall is a superb guy. I highly recommend him and Jackson therapy.

my favorite. He strives to find me the best deals, contacts me the moment a new job comes to the

Jason Sipple has been my travel recruiter for a year now. Jason is always helpful when the times are
good, and especially when things are tough, which happens occasionally. I can always count on a Friday
call from him, to see how my week went. Although I have never actually met him, Jason is definitely a

As a long time traveler I have had the opportunity to work with several travel companies but when it
comes down to it Jackson Therapy always comes out on top. Jason has been with them since the
beginning and is evident on how he treats his contractors. Always truthful, honest, efficient and looks out
for us rather than them. If you are a first time traveler or a seasoned one, I recommend you call and ask
for Jason. He will get explain the process and get you the highest rate for your experience.

I started working with Jason in 2009. He was the first recruiter I had spoken to on the phone whom was
willing to take the time and answer questions, as this was my first time being a traveler. From that point
on I knew he was the right person and company to work with. He is always there to help, listen when

I have worked with several travel companies in the past 10 yrs. Many recruiters will offer you the moon
but seldom deliver. Not Jason Sipple! He is a man of his word. He is knowledgable, easy to talk to,
always available and really cares about his therapists, demonstrated by his actions. Not only am I
absolutley thrilled with my assignment, but I know that I am not out here all alone, Jason makes sure your
okay by keeping in touch on a weekly basis. He goes above and beyond and I haven't met a better

Jason Sipple & Jackson Therapy Partners deserve a 10 on a 1 to 5 scale. As a ten year cota I'd learned
to be very leery of recruiters with their partial truths and sneaky unfavorable contract terms. Then a
colleague put me in touch with Jason at Jackson and everything changed. Perfect communication, better
than expected contracts and the real attention to giving a therapist what they want and what will be in
their best interest. On top of that, truly personal attention from a truly good guy. You won't know what
you've been missing until you with with Jason and JTP and realized how much better they are than the
others.

I was working with a different travel company when I met and worked with an OTR who was working for
Jackson Therapy as his travel company. I was coming to the end of my assignment and my company did
not have another contract assignment for me. Being rather unhappy with the company and the recruiter I
was working with, the OTR highly suggested contacting Jason Sipple at Jackson Therapy. This OTR
really praised Jason Sipple as being one of the most experienced recruiter he had the opportunity to work
with during his traveling career. I took his advise and contacted Jason. It is one of the best decisions I
have made since I began my traveling therapist career. Jason had a contract assignment for me within
days of first contacting him for a contract assignment and I have had wonderful experiences with all my
contracts since Jason Sipple has been managing my traveling COTA career. I have so much confidence
working with Jason. I have had back to back contract assignments for one year. If a problem should arise
Jason is always available for support and solutions. Through all my great work experiences with contract
assignments I had, I also highly recommend Jason Sipple at Jackson Therapy.

The world needs more Jason Sipples. I feel very fortunate to have been referred by colleagues to both

accessible and works hard to get you what you want/need in a placement. He also quickly learns your
preferences so that he can alert you to placements that fit what you are looking for. Even when you're on

Jackson Therapy Partners IS people like Jason Sipple. I can't say I have met anyone else who I can truly
call "friend" and have never met face-to-face. We came close on one assignment when I was near
Orlando, but I was then whisked of to another Golden assignment. He calls weekly, like clock-work. And
he's always positive, up, and ready to chat about more than work. That's important to me. Even when I
was working independently for a short period Jason would call just to catch up. He's always attentive to
what my particular needs are and able to empathize when I have struggles. As a matter of fact, everyone,
EVERYONE, that I've worked, or had contact with at Jackson Therapy Partners has always looked after
my best interests and been right on top of things when re-qualifications, annual health requirements, etc.,
were due, and were stellar a few years ago when I needed documentation of regular employment. Jason,
Jackson, I take my hat off to you, even though there has been a 50 degree temperature drop in South
Dakota in the past 2 days. I look forward to continued good times, great assignments, and feeling like

I've been doing business with Jason since 2009. He has always been very accessible with any questions
or concerns I've had over the years. I left JTP once, and it was an eye opening experience on how
unprofessional other travel companies and recruiters can be. It is clear to me that Jason will always have
your best professional interest in mind and truly cares whether or not you are satisfied with placement. I
would give Jason my highest recommendation if you're looking for job placement either travel or
permanent.

Jason was my recruiter for 3 years and 7 months, soon after I graduated from the COTA program. Jason
made sure my needs were met within 24 hours of my call, text or email. He made me feel as if I were his
only traveler. I was very grateful considering I had no family or friends in some of the places I was sent.

I always tell others who are interested in travel jobs that a company is only as good as the recruiters that
represent them. Traveling to a new place can be a nervous adventure. Jason truly makes the journey
from assignment to assignment more manageable. I'm writing this review because Jason is the reason I
maintain my employment with JTP. He is not your average recruiter. It is rare to come across an
individual who can balance getting you a solid benefits package but also a solid peace of mind. Jason has
a knack for addressing your "wish list" in its entirety, whether it is location, setting, pay package,
scheduling, etc. His kudos need further replication as he continues to treat me as an individual and a
fellow colleague, and not just another employee. Jason is personable and professional at the same time
with a calm but firm demeanor that gets the job done in a non-confrontational manner. He is upfront with
communication and checks in weekly. Even when there is a concern that involves a completely different
department, Jason will go out of his way to help in any way he can. I know another therapist (Pat) who
worked under him as well who still speaks highly of him and she is rapidly approaching retirement! A
recruiter really enhances a company, and he definitely is an asset.
