1. Client : Citi Bank
Domain : Cards - Banking
Role : Mainframe Developer
Period : Feb 2019 till now
Responsibilities :
 Was part of the Regional rewards system (RWS) which handles bank's frequent shoppers program.
The system supports the marketing program to reward users for the spending transactions using
citibank products, particularly credit cards.
 Handled the prestigious MC2020 project which helps migrate customers from old visa card to new
master card.
 Attended client calls to precisely understand client requirements and documented the same to ease
developer's work.
 Developed code as per standards to update point adjustments done on old visa card to the new
master card, after upgrade and implemented the code successfully in Production.
 Developed test cases and performed thorough batch testing in all test environments before
implementing the code in Production environment.
