Nature of Duties : As Manager – Health Claims MIS Team:
 Reconcile and update the status for the claims statements received from the Hospitals,
and Grievance Team
 Prepare Investigation MIS report of Claims and publish the ageing and status to the
Management.
 Prepare the MIS reports of PersonalAccident (Benefit Policies) Claims, RSBY Claims
and publish Claims ageing and status to the Management.
 Process and Settle the Coinsurance Health claims to the leaders.
 Do Quality Check of Claim payments and approve for Disbursement.
 Prepare and update adhoc analysis reports as and when required to the management.
As Deputy Manager Operations (Coinsurance Accounts Management -
South zone (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala)
 Reconciliation of Coinsurance Accounts company wise - Coinsurance receivables and
Coinsurance payables,
 Prepare Monthly MIS reports of Coinsurance receivables and payables accounts and
update the management.
 Follow up with the lead insurer’s for receivable confirmation and recovery, update the
status to Management.
 Follow up with the follower insurer for payable confirmation and settle the payments/
 Prepare Monthly Trackers of Pending Coinsurance Claim and Coinsurance premium
booking particulars and update to the management.
 Coordinate with the inter departments ie. Claims Department and Operations
Department, Underwriting Department for bookings of pending Claims and premium
entries.
 Follow up with the insurance company’s for the documents and other relevant
particulars if any required by the fellow departments for processing the claims and
premium entries.
 Preparation of Collection, payable uploads on the basis of Company and post them..
 Coordinate with Commissions processing department for releasing the commission,
brokerage payments for the coinsurance premium settled entries.
 Adhering to the Processes & TAT defined by the Organization.
 Review, develop and improve the processes to optimize operational efficiency so as to
improve customer satisfaction.
As Deputy Manager Accounts (Regional Accounts Management – Andhra
Pradesh)
 Processing of Commission / Brokerage payments on Monthly basis as per IRDA
Rates and make payments to concerned Agents / Brokers.
 Processing of insurance Claim payments, preparing of Claims (coinsurance)
Outstanding and send to CO on monthly basis.
 Reconciliation of Commission / Brokerage accounts and prepare MIS report of actual
paid / recovered and payable / recoverable balances
 Reconciliation of vendor accounts on monthly basis, prepare payable / recoverable list
and provide to the Location head / Regional Head for follow up.
 Reconciliation of Customer Deposit Floats, on monthly basis and analyze whether there
are any debit balances to be recovered from them and intimate the same to Marketing
Team & Operations Team.
 Reconciliation of Coinsurance Accounts (Viz Coinsurance Inward and Coinsurance
Outward), prepare MIS reports of Coinsurance receivable and payable accounts follow
up with the lead insurer’s for recovery,update the status to Management.
 Preparation of Monthly Trackers of Admin payments, Reimbursements, Commission /
Brokerage payments, analayse the TAT and take adequate measures for adhering the
TAT.
 Preparation of Regular Expense Journal Entry uploads on the basis of Company
GL Account Codes and post them..
 Scrutinize and disbursement of Employee expense claims as per the HR Policy.
 Supervision of financial functions of branches in the Region, to ensure in smooth
accounting & process flow.
 Adhering to the Processes & TAT defined by the Organization relating to the Finance
functions.
 Verification of monthly Bank Statement of the Company and assisting corporate office
in preparation of Reconciliation Statement.
 Monitoring regular accounting operations of branches located in AP..
 Lead,motivate, support Regional accounts Team for maintaining appropriate business
focus.
 Review, develop and improve accounts, claims processes so as to optimize operational
efficiency and improve internal / external customer satisfaction.

Nature of Duties :
 Raising of Premium receipts, preparation of pay slips and depositing the same into the
respective bank accounts.
 Verification of monthly Bank Statement of the Company and preparation of
Reconciliation Statement.
 Preparation of Schedules & Payment of monthly bills regarding Electricity, Telephone
and other Vendor bills, employee’s bills of the company with thorough scrutiny.
 Calculation of Commissions by downloading the Premium register on Monthly basis as
per IRDA Rates and make payouts to concerned Agents.
 Reconciliation of Premium Control Account with Premium Register on monthly basis
and prepare the reports relating to pending collections and excess collected amounts
and inform the same to the technical department.
 Reconciliation of Agent Floats, Motor FE Floats on monthly basis and analyze whether
there are any dues to be recovered from them and intimate the same to Marketing Team
 Preparation of Monthly Commission Analysis Report, to find how much percentage of
payout has done on a particular portfolio, and send the same to HO.
 Reconciliation of Payables accounts Viz Commissions, Brokerage, etc.
 Reconciliation of Coinsurance Accounts (Viz Coinsurance Inward and Coinsurance
Outward) and prepare the reports of coinsurance receivable and payable, intimate the
same to marketing and technical departments for follow up.
 Preparation of Regular Expense Journal Entry uploads on the basis of Company
overhead Account Codes and post them in the accounting software.
 Preparation of Cash flow statement
 Supervision of adjacent branches to ensure smooth accounting process flow.

Nature of Duties : As Manager – Health Claims MIS Team:  Reconcile and update the status for the claims statements received from the Hospitals, and Grievance Team  Prepare Investigation MIS report of Claims and publish the ageing and status to the Management.  Prepare the MIS reports of PersonalAccident (Benefit Policies) Claims, RSBY Claims and publish Claims ageing and status to the Management.  Process and Settle the Coinsurance Health claims to the leaders.  Do Quality Check of Claim payments and approve for Disbursement.  Prepare and update adhoc analysis reports as and when required to the management.

As Deputy Manager Operations (Coinsurance Accounts Management - South zone (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala)  Reconciliation of Coinsurance Accounts company wise - Coinsurance receivables and Coinsurance payables,  Prepare Monthly MIS reports of Coinsurance receivables and payables accounts and update the management.  Follow up with the lead insurer’s for receivable confirmation and recovery, update the status to Management.  Follow up with the follower insurer for payable confirmation and settle the payments/  Prepare Monthly Trackers of Pending Coinsurance Claim and Coinsurance premium booking particulars and update to the management.  Coordinate with the inter departments ie. Claims Department and Operations Department, Underwriting Department for bookings of pending Claims and premium entries.  Follow up with the insurance company’s for the documents and other relevant particulars if any required by the fellow departments for processing the claims and premium entries.  Preparation of Collection, payable uploads on the basis of Company and post them..  Coordinate with Commissions processing department for releasing the commission, brokerage payments for the coinsurance premium settled entries.  Adhering to the Processes & TAT defined by the Organization.  Review, develop and improve the processes to optimize operational efficiency so as to improve customer satisfaction.
