As a member of the Health Systems Quality Assurance Web Team, plan, organize,
direct, and oversee the division’s Internet and intranet websites. Work independently as
the designated expert lead for HTML, cascading style sheet issues as well as Web-
based meetings/training sessions, and social media. Responsible for problem resolution
providing consulting services internally and externally.
Review and make approval recommendations concerning final approval of webpages
for consistency with agency guidelines and other quality considerations for production
on agency servers, including the use of the agency’s Content Management System to
publish Web content using the established workflow process.
Generate high-quality, informative, and diverse types of multimedia content.
Write and edit professional-level copy for social media, web pages, press
releases, video features, newsletters, speeches, promotional materials, presentations,
and informational brochures and publications. Design, identify, edit, and incorporate
original graphics and photographs into such materials.
Develop, manage, and post content for the website, and other technologies; maintains
a consistent writing style, voice, and branding across all platforms.
Work collaboratively with division and agency programs to ensure effective
communications and consistency in agency messages.
Maintains oversight of communication and website standards, policies, and protocols;
ensures consistent usage.
