 Responsible for serving my country in any capacity
 Sergeant I had to oversee details that my superiors sent down, and to ensure that my
soldiers followed through with the details.
June 1996- May 1997 Chimes- Residential Adult Counselor-
 Responsible for making sure that the adults in the group home was up and ready to go
to work. I prepared the breakfast, help them with their hygiene’s, and ensured each and
every client had their medication.

 Responsible for working with children as well as adults that had challenging behaviors
meet their therapeutic goals.

 Responsible for responding to pre-crisis situations in the school, as well as the
residence.
 Facilitate behavior management and de-escalation of students.
 Communicate and document all activities staff, student, and any other
appropriate parties.
 Provide data for the school’s behavioral team using the SWIS and Excel programs
for students who come to resource.
 Coordinate and facilitate PBIS events
 Participates in IEP and team meetings with school staff to help support
behavioral issues.
 Communicate and collaborate with clinical team in implementing behavioral
plans for students.
 Coordinate with school staff in classroommanagement and provide a presence
in the classroom.
 Provides support with medication issues when parents are not able to attend
behavioral team meetings.
