Roles and Responsibilities:
 Preparation of Cost Estimates, Detailed Project Report, Cash Flows, and Tender Documents for
subletting of works to contractors of all disciplines for various sites, finalization of conditions of
contract documents, evaluation of bids, evaluation of techno commercial bids, cost analysis.
 Meetings with project team, contractors, consultants, checking of contractors bills, training of staff.
 Preparation of board agendas, finalization of rates of extra items of contractors, Co-ordination
among various Departments.
 Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities for Projects.
 Periodically review Department MIS to analyze the efficiency of the contracts, procurement and
billing activities and initiate improvements if required.
 Ensure timely techno-commercial verification of all bills received from sites. Facilitate coordination
with the Finance and Accounts Department to drive timely processing of payments for contractors
and vendors.
 Overall management of project from conception to completion.
 Experience in preparing and processing Tender Documents.
 Review and Checking site works for foundation and superstructure including water proofing
treatments, concrete pouring, shuttering and formwork, production of concrete, precast elements,
masonry construction and finishes.

 Experience in conducting varies test required for RCC Work and Steel reinforcement.
 Scheduling and supervising construction work and review project plan and update on a regular basis.
 Monitoring construction progress on assigned projects.

 Involved in feasibility studies.
 Ensure Statutory Compliances of all Labor Laws in the Contracts.
 Investigating site accidents and then making recommendations.
 Reviewing reports on labour and productivity performance.
 Liaising with architects, builders, community groups and other interested parties.
 Ensuring that structures are safe and functional.
