As a Senior Manager, I look after the technical and operational requirements of the plant for ensuring
uninterrupted functioning of the units with superior productivity and cost advantages.
I provide strategic advisory for meeting the stipulated quality benchmarks, steering the maintenance functions and
implement process as well as operational improvement for driving excellence in projects.
Responsible for selection of plant control philosophy, bill of quantity, provide advisory support and technical
guidance for erection, commissioning/ project management, inspection, overhauling & execution of projects,
commissioning of equipment. Effectively implemented adequate systems, procedures and compliances for
achieving the desired quality standards and metrics. I have contributions towards process improvement by
facilitating knowledge sharing&transfer through feedback and discussion, which resulted in achievement of team’s
operational goals.I have demonstrated qualities in developing high performance teams by organizing training

During the entire tenure of over 20 years with this organization, I acquired vast experience in the areas of
operation & maintenance, engineering /capital/project purchase and civil work etc.
I was actively involved in Procurement, installation & commissioning of the following:
 Cooling Tower: Cooling tower with FRP Pultruted structure and RCC Basin
 Steam Boiler: Forbes Marshall - Steam boiler
 Air Compressors: 804 CFM Screw compressor with VFD
I fulfilled the operational requirements by ensuring flawless transitions, expansions and any other changes as per
the specifications and company demand by independently managing the entire section. Improved operational
efficiencies and reduced the breakdown of machineries/equipment through effective troubleshooting and
implementation of maintenance schedule periodically.
During this period, I was instrumental in creating operational synergies and led teams by providing directional
leadership for ensuring successful completion of major projects.Continue run of any Phthalic plant globally for 420
days. I bagged merit awards for five times as best performer in the department received promotions twice for
demonstrating excellence at work and received a recognition reward for best water management.
