Synopsis

Work Experience
Finance & Accounts
• Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cashbook
and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
• Assistance in preparation of financial statements viz, P & L Account, Balance Sheet
and Annual reports.
• Reconciliation of Bank, Inter branch Accounts and monitoring branch records.
• Preparing creditors/ debtor’s reconciliation statements.
• Liaising with banks.
Taxation
• Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax
returns including TDS returns as per the provisions of regulatory tax acts.
• Appearing before regulatory authorities for filing appeals, attending to assessments
and resolving critical tax matters.
Auditing
• Detailed analysis of internal controls in the:-Purchase, Accounts, Store, Production.
• Conducting annual audits checking various accounting records and other details to
ensure proper control and authorization in recording and classification function.
• Assistance in Examining the policies established by the entities in other functional
areas.
• Assistance in analytical review of financial statements
MIS
• Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial
performance viz, direct and indirect overheads, fund management, sales, cost
control, profitability and manpower efficiency, etc.
Organizational Experience
Currently working with M/S Isolux Corsan as Executive - Finance & Accounts from
June 2012 to till date at their Gurgoan office. It is a part of Isolux group which operates
in the areas of Energy, Infrastructure, Installations, T&D, Toll roads, Transmission lines
and solar PV energy. The Group established more than 110 years ago and now operates

2. in 45 countries, employing about 38,000 employees, with a turnover exceeding €600
billion.
Job Profile:-
• Account Receivable:-Customer reconciliation, Ageing analyses, support to marketing
team for collection, debit & credit note analysis as per work order.
• Bill Passing: - Passing bills of suppliers/contractors, transporters in accordance with
purchase/ work orders & deductions for all short receipt.
• Statutory Liabilities: - Looking after matters related to, deduction of TDS, Certificate
Issue, e-filing of quarterly Returns like (State Wises) Sales Tax, Services Tax and
Excises it’s depositing. Entries for recoverable account for excise, service tax.
Calculation of Tax
• Payables Management including ageing analysis for misc. creditors advances.
• Reconciliation: - Customer (Regarding Short Payment), Vander, Bank, of inter unit
and H.O.-unit accounts and excise, service tax.
