*Individual caseload of SYT clients; Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
and provide individual and group therapy using the A-CRA model and other evidenced based
treatment models as appropriate; discharge planning and case management;
2008-2016—Pasadera Behavioral Health Network Tucson, AZ; (formally Compass Behavioral
Health Care prior to the merger with SAMHC),—(Intern; Clinical Liaison while completing master’s degree;) After
completing master’s degree worked as a therapist at residential treatment and outpatient
treatment for substance use/co-occurring disorders; A-CRA clinical supervisor and SYT

1978- 2005-- United Methodist Elder Care, Linn Health Care Center, East Providence, Rhode Island—
Management level social worker in residential long term care facility with the responsibility to ensure that the medically
related psycho-social and emotional needs of the residents were met and maintained on an individual basis, adhering to
both state and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities included direct service to residents and their families including
but not limited to education, liaison, advocacy, decision-making, interdisciplinary care planning, discharge planning, case
management, individual and group counseling, preadmission planning, admissions, marketing and fund raising. Daily
documentation and assessments completed via Genecare and Achieve Software programs, Microsoft Word and Excel. Other
responsibilities included a working knowledge of financial billing including eligibility requirements for Medicare, Medicaid,
third party billing and private funding and Housing and Urban Development guidelines. Also responsible for providing staff
