for manufacture of Aluminum Pressure die castings. During last one decade TYCHE emerged as
a leading Aluminum pressure diecast components supplier to many Two Wheeler, Auto
Electrical and steering componentmanufacturers.
Responsibilities:
 Lead the manufacturing team which includes Machine In-House quality of parts.
 To improve Machining cell OEE% .
 Work distribution for shift operators from time to time.
 Plan for new cutting tools for regular production.
 Ensure shift production both quality and quantity.
 Implementation of 5s.
 Increase operator performance.

 To take decision on handling production for cnc section.
 Deploying operator based on work requirement.
 Plan production as per marketing shedule.
