Summary:
In my over seven years in this field I have learned to critically examine facility operations
and recommend appropriate compliance options. Facility output demands cannot be
curtailed by environmental regulations. Proper planning and budgeting is crucial to ensure
that a client is prepared for the next few years of regular operations. My expertise is in
stationary combustion source emissions but I have also worked on various soil and water
projects. Besides regular work in the Tri-State Area, I have done projects in Connecticut,
Arizona and Virginia.

o I conducted training seminars for on-site personnel and guided
management through the implementation process. I crafted the
recordkeeping database used by the site management to track
material transfers.
Riverbay Co-Op City, Bronx, NY-16MW Power plant
• For more than five years I helped manage the Title V reporting and
compliance requirements, including GHG reporting.
• The facility still uses a daily compliance status tracking system that I
crafted through EXCEL.
• The facility uses Aqueous NH3 injection to control NOx emissions from
two turbines. This operation required frequent interaction with the CEMs
contractor to remedy NH3 slip and various other control lapses.
• Each Fall CAIR and ERC allowance trading ramps up after the NOx
season
NYC DOT
• I revised the air permit at the Harper Street facility to; fully encompass all
pertinent emissions equipment onsite, maximize asphalt production, and
incorporate the use of RAP.
• I was part of a PM team working on a remodel of the Hamilton Avenue
plant.
• Over the last five years we have helped increase site production by 40%
while receiving no notices of violation.
Grenadier Realty Corp., Environmental Impact Audits, New York, NY
• I audited sixty-six properties in regards to NSPS applicability, and used
my findings to help write an Audit report to the EPA. My team and I
helped negotiate through a Consent Order based on NSPS subpart Dc
compliance. We were able to knock the proposed fine down 35%.
• Various Grenadier facilities also have air permits that require annual and
semi-annual reporting and recordkeeping. In the last few years we have
helped such properties obtain and then sell Emission Reduction Credits
(ERCs). This work has required frequent interaction with the EPA,
NYSDEC, PADEP and the NYCDOB.
