2. Job Profile: -
• Induction :- (On the joining of Employee)
Responsible for Joining formalities along with Statutory Forms to be duly filled (Check all
documents, Certificates)
Use HRMS software to make offer letter daily basis and maintain the database of all employees
and other details
Responsible for presenting Induction program for New Recruits
Verify the documents with original photo id prof and process the offer letter also receiving offer
letter copy with joining kit
• Salary Processing :-
Salary breakup of the new Employee
In depth knowledge of Hire craft (payroll software) & Gnet Plus Software
Handling Attendance & process for payroll
Calculate working days through Attendance received from Client
Preparation of salary for approximately 4000 employees
Preparation of Salary Register & Statutory Monthly Statements
Statutory Compliances (PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity etc)
Salary process to be made and to be checked
Maintain & Update Salary/Leave register
Responsible for processing leave application & updating the Leave sheet accordingly
Update the leave (privilege leave, public holidays, sick leave, leave without pay, in the Excel &
Gnet Software)
Coordination with top management for release of salaries to the employee on time
Issue salary slip after the salary disbursed
Successfully Handle Employee’s grievances regarding salary, salary structure etc & related of
payroll activity.
Responsible for generating Monthly MIS
Preparing of Reimbursement and Full & Final Settlement of Resigned Employees & Terminated
