After my time at PWC, started out on my own, so with some partners and started a boutique consultancy
catering to start ups and SME’s. Everymind was set up to help start ups and SME and help them formulate
strategies and implementation plans that will help take them to the next step in their growth trajectory.

Joined PWC as an associate, after a secondments period at The Boots Company, and rapidly progressed to
Strategy consultant. In that time I have participated and lead several business transformation projects for clients
in the Pharmaceutical industry in the UK and Europe. These ranged from strategy to business process redesign
and market development analysis. These projects were transformation programmes which involved the entire
organization and covered a huge scope of work, involving a much larger team. I got opportunities work with the
board level managers of the organization, as well as employees across the entire organization.
I enjoyed tackling problems and being challenged by the work I do.

Development and training of junior managers, supervisors and team members, during my time I was instrumental
in developing several junior managers and developed four supervisors to store manager level.
Managed a team of 4 business development executives , from initial brief to final pitch and contract
negotiations. Ensured cross functional team involvement in strategy formulation and implementation for
movies, TV shows and sports teams. Ensured operational efficiency and effectiveness in execution of strategy
and monitored performance against KPI’s and objectives.
Aurum a sister concern of Everymedia , is the brand agency , where I worked with brands like Hyundai,
Siemens, Bosch, Loreal: Kerastes , FMCG : Global Brands ,and BFSI clients : ICICI Bank, HDFC Mutual Funds
