 Trained and became familiar with the chemical hygiene plan and current safety
standards. Followed safety rules and regulations in all that I did, from conducting
prototypeor laboratory tests and building equipment to performing basic material or
environmental tests using basic electrical/electronic, chemical and mechanical
equipment.

infested plants, in compliance with USDA protocols. In addition, maintained,
baited, installed, and collected insect traps as needed.

plants or soils in designated areas. Mixed insecticides and herbicides as needed
using hand and power driven spray equipment.

Regional Sales Representative, South Central Region
 Responsible for the sales of various medical grade analyzers that included
servicing current and establishing new potential customers. The various types of
analyzers included chemistry, hematology, coagulation and blood gas analyzers. I
developed and delivered various presentations on the properutilization of the
different models of analyzers my company offered. I conducted approximately
554 training sessions to new and existing customers. Responsiblefor account
management of 554 customers which included troubleshooting equipment issues,
following up to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing supportin regards to
equipment and software updates. I conducted learning seminars at major
universities, technician schools and continuing education meetings. I worked in a

team were my strong organizational skills that I used to help keep the team

questions or issues going on in my territory in order to provide my customers

 Kept Science based lessons to involve my students and keep them concentrated
by letting them be hands on with all laboratories the students were performing. I
was responsible for providing guidance and oversight over all science teams to
ensure safety while meeting learning goals.
 Prepared lesson plans based on the Texas rules and regulations. I instructed
lessons of university level curriculum to ensure my students were properly
prepared for the next step in their education.
 Mentored and engaged high schoolseniors with goal setting and college

 Met with the student’s counselors and their parents to stay on top of their
progress in my class. I provided advice on how my students could advance in
my class with certain lesson goals and ways to improve their grades. I had
mornings setup for one on one tutoring if I felt that a student was struggling with
a certain lesson based on my physics course.
METCO Environmental Inc. August 2000 to August 2001
Environmental Scientist
 Worked in the environmental field with the nation’s largest company specializing
in air emissions sampling using EPA test methods and procedures.
Led Combustion and Risk Assessment testing and was involved in some
of the largest and most complex Combustion Performance Trial Burns conducted.
Services were performed on Hazardous Waste Incinerators, BIF Units, Cement Kilns
and Medical Waste Incinerators.
Conducted multiple train testing utilizing all METCO employees.
 Employed by METCO Environmental being the leader in performing testing
for
industries identified in EPA 40CFR60 and 40CFR63 (Part 60 and Part 63). METCO
has performed over 25,000 stack tests for various industries regulated under specific
subparts within the Part 60 regulations. METCO’s experience with the various
requirements and methodologies as specified within the regulations provided the
basis for accurate and efficient testing, producing quality results.
 Effectively performed environmental tests using emissions from the stack tests
to
report to the team on the ground while obtaining the data collected. I communicated
to the team on the direction of the cyclonic emissions and the rate these emissions
were being emitted.
