with the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines ( NGCP ) and have prepared all the
requirements of the grid prior to the energization and commercial operation of the plant.

Responsibilities:
1. Approved drawings and methodology submitted by the EPC contractors.
2. Prepare overall progress report for the electrical system to the project manager.
3. Monitor and supervise the work of the contractors.
4. Handle coordination meetings of all the contractors at site.
5. Final inspection of all electrical installations and testing of equipment including
transformers, switchgears, high voltage equipment and others.
6. Conduct inspections of high-voltage equipment including potential transformers, current
transformers, capacitive voltage transformers, power circuit breakers including all of the
interlocks and functional test of protective relays.
7. Coordinate with the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines
( NGCP ) for the approval of test results of each equipment to be energized.
8. Monitor the progress of commissioning and the balance of works of the construction to
check if the schedule would still be met.
9. Provide recommendations for all the construction problems found at site base on
engineering standards.
10. Review progress billing of contractors and compared it to the actual or physical
accomplishment at site.

Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot machines that are not performing well .
2. PLC programming ( OMRON ) of upgraded machines used for packing cigarettes.
