Kyle Pisano graduated from Otterbein University with a double major in Public Relations and Health Communications. He has experience in customer service roles including as a lead valet, maintenance assistant, and bellman at a hotel. Pisano has strong communication and teamwork skills and over 200 hours of community service experience working with youth programs. He was a two-time varsity letter recipient for Otterbein University football and received several honors for his high school football, basketball, and baseball achievements.

IBM research around the US thanksgiving holiday suggested social media had a tiny effect on sales. This presentation shows how it does have a commercial effect, but says we are measuring the wrong thing anyway.
