 Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) / Royal Maintenance Corps (RMC) • Jordan
(2006 – Present time) / Positions Held:
1. Commanding Maintenance Officer, Automotive & MLRS (Multiple Rocket Launcher Rocket System)/HIMARS,
Royal 29th
HIMARS Battalion :
• Work as technical liaison officer with Lockheed Martin FSR’s (Field Service Representative), to track sensitive spare parts
pertaining HIMARS M142 Launcher Module, and follow up on R & R (Repair & Return) of main assemblies.
• Supervise and help guide technical 94P (MLRS Repairer) training, conducted by US Army Technical Assistance Field team
(TAFT) during basic & On-Job Training (OJT) of staff.
• Escorting and working as technical translator for US army and government delegations, during field visits to the unit, or
AAR (After Actions Review) meeting.
• Establishment of maintenance workshop, determining requirements, infrastructure, general tools, special tool kits, and
design.
• Determination of schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of
equipment, and skill of personnel.
• Patrol and monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment, in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of
procedures and safety rules.
• Monitoring employees' work levels, review work performance, document and track, and address any points of
weakness.
• Conduct worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
• Requisition of materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers.
• Sending up weekly reports on unit readiness level, and measures taken to address any NFMC (Non-Fully Mission
Capable) equipment.
• Conduct monthly lectures, and hands-on training to unit operators and drivers, to accomplish higher level of awareness
and effectiveness.
• Conduct technical studies, to investigate the root cause behind any reoccurring equipment failures, and submitting with
recommendations to remedy the issue.
• Planning, and supporting of unit equipment in field conditions, weather in training or combat situations, including
assigning personnel, equipment, and spare parts to deploy.
• Conducting, and supervising quarterly inventory on spare parts, and tools, and addressing any emerging issues during
the inventory.

2. Kornet-E ATGW (Anti-Tank Guided Weapon) Maintenance Section Head, Electronic Equipment Workshop:
• Established maintenance section including specifying test equipment, fabrication of and updating logs and records,
assigning and training of technicians, and spare parts and tools management.
• Conducting condensed training courses, to qualify technicians for support of equipment in the field.
• Annual technical inspection and testing fielded units, including fabrication of inspection sheets.
